Shipping and Delivery
COVID-19 Update: As our supply chain takes every precaution for the health and safety of their staff members and our customers, you may experience longer than expected delivery times.
Our #1 priority is getting your order to you as quick as possible, without sacrificing quality and accuracy. As soon as you place your order, we send it to our warehouse for processing and shipping.
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process, depending on what time you place your order. We do not offer weekend shipping, so orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are not processed until early the following week.

For Standard Ground shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Your order will arrive 5-7 business days after purchase. Our warehouse does not operate over the weekend, so orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not be processed until early the following week, excluding holidays.
For Expedited shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Your order will arrive 2 business days after processing. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the same day or the following Monday, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday or Tuesday the following week, excluding holidays.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19 and limited warehouse hours, we are temporarily suspending our next-day shipping option.
May Require Direct Signature
To ensure the safe delivery of your packages, Valentin Couture may require a signature at the time of delivery for larger orders or higher priced items. Once you place your order, we will let you know our estimated delivery date and if your signature will be required. Deliveries are made to the address on the mailing label, not to an individual recipient, so we will accept signature from anyone at the residential or business delivery address. Unfortunately, we will not accept signatures or requests for change of address on the delivery door tag, but if we miss you the first time, the carrier will attempt delivery two more times.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS Military Mail and arrive in 30-45 days.
Orders requiring Direct Signature Valentin Couture are unable to ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.
Valentin Couture is not responsible for damage or loss of goods that occurs after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. This includes deliveries to Freight Forwarders on orders in the US and CA.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. This website offers visitors fashion, lifestyle tips, and blogs. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

“The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: final sale.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Valentin Couture. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
If you want to offer to your users the ability to upload content (images, audio, text ...) for disclosure on your site, it is important that the issuer of such content certifies that he has all the legal rights and/or necessary licenses over the content and that such content might be public available.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
